This is not a complete review of functionality, since I only purchased this as a spare. But it does seem to be well machined and reasonably priced for a complete kit. And since this needs to be some 200 characters, just ignore this last line.

This was my first build and I heard good things about Aero. This part was easy to install and I liked not having to mess with the small C clip since the rod had an integrated stop. The finish was consistent and the fit was spot on. Installing the spring is a little tedious but that is the same I imagine for most other manufacturers

The upper parts kit fit well with the Aero upper. The screw in pin that holds the plunger for the forward assist is great and takes out the headache of putting in the pin. However, I forgot to install the dust cover prior to installing the barrel and had to remove barrel again to install.

probably the best mil-spec upper parts kit for the money. Cant go wrong with Aero Precision parts. Roll pin goes in nicely, dust covers isn't shaky or loose when closed and does open accidentally or when its not supposed to.

The Aero Precision parts kits are the best bang for your buck. Always quality machined. There are a bunch of upper completion kits you can buy, probably some cheaper, but it just isn't worth it. I've used this kit on several uppers – Aero, Anderson, Noreen, PSA, Trybe, Spike's, Sig, Stag… always a great fit and never had any issues.

Good quality, fits perfectly. Installed on aero upper. No issues installing. Came packaged nicely and greased up so no corrosion. Spring is strong yet easy to install. Nice finish matches nicely. Gooood.
