The fit is perfect and with four different caliber AR's in my safe, it is really nice being able to visually confirm which magazine I need to insert. It would be helpful if both sides were engraved, but it works fine as is. As with any dust cover replacement, just remember to mask the receiver to prevent scratches before trying to remove the pivot pin.

Matches finish on my Del-ton upper. Very easy to install, just need a needle nose for the clip. Love the 2nd Amendment verbiage and flag. We’ll see if the engraving lasts but it does look good. Great addition to home defense tool. Remember, it is a tool, you are the weapon!

Aesthetically pleasing, completely transforms the look of your rifle. Functionality-wise well it's a dust cover what else do you need to know. The installation process is straightforward if you have a mil-spec upper receiver.

I decided to add a little tacti-cool to my carbine for the heck of it and I'm glad I ordered this. It's a sweet little accent and heavy duty steel. It locks tighter than a couple of plain replacements so it's a keeper. The etching looked FDE in the pics but it's actually gray (unfinished), meaning you can use with any furniture color. I recommend it for both fun and practical reasons.

The concept of an engraved port cover with the 2nd Amendment written on it is cool and it does function as a port cover, but the quality is severely lacking. The first one i received was dirty, smudged, and scratched. I sent it back and got a replacement. The replacement was only slightly better. The word "militia" is misspelled as "milita". The cover arrived with some sticky stuff all over it and had the finish worn off in several places. I'm keeping the second one because it goes with my PSA- Virginia 2A lower. I am very disappointed with Battle Arms Development. I thought they were better than this.

Definitely a awesome dust cover i Definitely recommend they look way better than milspec and all the other ones i tried. I don't understand why people in the review comments say their's came in scrathed but i ordered 4 different ones and they all came in perfect and looks amazing ill be buying more
