I often struggle adding the firing pin back into the BCG when cleaning my AR. I read about different firing pins and then purchased this model. It is significantly easier to replace the firing pin in the BCG with this upgraded type of firing pin. Definity worth a couple dollars for the easy of use!

This is one of my favorite (simple) upgrades! No more fighting with the cotter-style firing pin retaining pin. Tight fit, excellent quality, and easy to install or uninstall. Very simple to get properly oriented. Highly recommend!

If you’ve ever struggled to re-insert the firing pin retainer this is your answer. I can never get the split pin to seat correctly without a lot of struggle to get both sides through the exit hole. Inserted the KNS pin 1st try with no problems. Only issue I can see is the pan head seats below the enterence hole and you’ll need a small punch/rod to push it out on removal. This is easier than trying to insert the original pin.

Ive put about 700 rnds of anmo through my rifle while using this pin and I havnt had any issues. Seems to be well made and better than stock pin. I knocked 1 star off because it can be a pain sometimes getting the pin to line up but usually after couple trys it goes right in

Easy installation an overlooked but excellent reliability upgrade for AR15 BCGs for the price its well worth it. Well made and will definitely look at other products KNS makes for AR platform. Just because you break a part when trying to install dosent mean the part is bad maybe you installed it wrong.Lol

I don't know how these are in stock. It's such a great upgrade to any BCG. Those retaining pins are a huge pain in the butt and these KNS pins are a life saver. It's not just a matter of convenience – the KNS pins are also sturdier than regular retaining pins. Buy them before I have them all.
