Bought as a spare part but installed to test it and was 100%No problem with fitting, filing or anything else but swapping it out with the original Colt bolt. The bolt assembly is easy to clean being chromed. And as a kit, comes with everything to install in your carrier.

I built a AR47 and have tried a few BCG’s but have been using these parts with all of them. The chrome finish has been great and super easy to wipe clean and the firing pin has been flawless with both brass and steel cased ammo. Let’s be honest if you build a AR47 your building it to shoot cheap Russian steel ammo and these parts have been 100% reliable! I would highly recommend them for any ar15 platform.

Fired off every single Norma 124gr brass, Tula and Wolf steel case cartridge. Each primer had consistent strikes and im very pleased. This works for the 7.62×39. 100%. Dont think, buy it. Stay Rad, Stay safe.

I bought this kit to have a spare for my "AR14" rifles. These parts are well made and chrome plating was top notch. I would not hesitate to buy again. I checked all the dimensions and all were in spec. Great buy

Tried popping these into an 8920 milspec carrier as part of my 300 AAC build. The cam pin and firing pin went in as expected but the cotter pin was incredibly fussy. Tried just about everything short of hammering it in to get it to fit. Still wouldn't budge.Swapped out the cotter pin to a different carrier and it refused to get set in place. Tried using a BCM cotter pin with the Obsidian Arms firing pin in the new BCG – didn't work.In frustration, I removed the Obsidian Arms components and replaced them with identifiably milspec BCM equivalents. Worked like a charm. While a mildly fascinating exploration in more affordably priced parts from an unknown brand, they are functionally useless.
