Bought a Radical firearms ar and from the point of receiving it the bcg would not even chamber a round. Customer service was aweful but when I finally got a replacement (so I was told) that was as defective as the first. I then bought an aero precision. That worked flawless. Rest of gun was nice but Radicals bcg's are junk if you ask me. Customer service does nothing to help

Bought the bolt carrier group to replace one that was cracked. It head spaced and functioned well.

Bought this BCG. It wouldn’t fit into the upper. I contacted RF to let them know the BCG is out of spec and they may have several. RF said to send it to them and he would exchange it. After 5 days I emailed them and they emailed back saying they could not exchange it because the inventory manager was on vacation. Received an email stating they could not exchange it since I bought it from Dvor that I would have to deal with them but they offered to sell me one. Are you kidding me? Save your self the trouble and avoid RF BCGs.
