The addition of a suppressor, dirty conditions or even switching ammo are all factors that can lead to undesirable gas settings on your rifle. Patented design was developed, tested, and fielded by Special Operations who required the ability to run suppressed or unsuppressed without the need for tools for readjustment. The Select Adjustable Gas Block has 30 settings allowing specific, fine-tuning to each suppressor or ammo type. Once tuned, this gas block enables the operator to make on-the-fly adjustments as needed with a simple throw lever. Seekins are fantastic and make an amazing product. You can't go wrong with the Select Adjustable Gas Block! The ease of adjustment and precise setting make tuning your AR rifle super easy! It is the gas block I prefer most.

I put this on a 6.5 Grendel build and was pleased. I tuned for cheap Wolf ammo initially and had a fun time with the gun. Then I got ambitious and ordered some 130 grain reloads to see if they would be destructive enough for a deer hunt. With the handguard off, the adjustment took less than 5 minutes to achieve repeatable ejections with the heavier loads. Only an allan wrench is needed.Took down a 4/4 point whitetail in one shot with the gun this year. The gun’s accuracy and ability to cycle 130 grain rounds is owed to the gas block. It’s very good.

This is by far the best adjustable gas block on the market.I have this gas block on a 18" 5.56 SPR that I run suppressed and unsuppressed with many different types of factory ammo. Running max pressure 5.56 nato with 77gr rounds while suppressed, I have this gas block lever set on the – setting. If I switch to a slightly lower pressure 5.56 load (55gr), I just go one click towards + and I get perfect function. When I take my suppressor off, I go 1 click past 90 degrees straight up for hot 5.56 loads unsuppressed. Running 55gr .223 or steel cased ammo, I throw the gas block lever to the max + position. With all these settings, I get absolutely perfect 4 o clock ejection with a nice neat pile of brass next to me. 100% reliability and an extremely smooth recoil impulse (using an h2 carbine buffer and normal carbine spring, rifle length gas system). This gas block makes my rifle the smoothest shooting 5.56 rifle I have ever operated. Spotting hits through my scope is effortless because of how much the adjustable gas block smooths out the recoil. When shooting very consistent match ammo, this gas block allows me to catch all my brass in my boonie hat next to me if I am laying prone. It is extremely consistent and is just awesome. The best part of this gas block is it's design. You have audible clicks between gas settings when adjusting with the lever, and as long as loctite is applied to the set screw that holds the lever to the post, there is no possible way this gas block can fail or have anything come loose. You don't have to mess with any allen wrenches or small set screws that can back out or strip and cause complete failure of the rifle. It is far better and easier to use than any other gas blocks on the market today.Seekins really hit a home run with this one. I will be adding this gas block to any gas gun I own from now on. This is what all adjustable gas blocks should be, and it is a very well made and near bombproof design.

Excellent choice for running subs and supers through the same gun without having to grab your Allen wrench. Comes with a short lever for under the hand guard positioning. Allows for precise tuning with Allen wrench and quick adjustments with lever. My only complaint is that the lever is very stiff, almost impossible to move with the short lever. I do believe it will loosen with more use. The longer lever won’t fit under my hand guard but that is much easy to flip from side to side. Allows for about 5 detents of adjustments without an Allen wrench, once the lever is locked in place. Have is on my 300blk pistol that I run a suppressor under the hand guard.

If you want to use this to adjust the gas and tune it a few times, it's great. If you want to be able to adjust it more than that (eg. Suppressed and not), it's garbage. After putting around a thousand rounds through my AR, it locks up and it's completely useless to try and adjust again. There are other solutions or there that are more reliable and cost less. If you like the idea of having the long handle attached, you'll need to Dremel the handguard so it can move freely.

Tried to install, but had to order a separate pin set. Very annoying but the "dry fit" seems like it will fit up as expected.
