Lets be honest, we get them because they look cool, but they perform well. A little weight savings is good too. Very easy install with AP m4 upper that has the screw in forward asist pin.

Nice build and interesting enhanced design choices. 1 star deducted because it will not work flawlessly on all uppers unlike the round version from strike industries. Some uppers suffer an annoying click when engaging the assist. Seems to be mismatch on where the pin interfaced with it. But when It does mate well with ur upper it is supper nice.

I added this to my ar15 pistol build and it is great it looks fantastic and it also feels better than the normal one did I am very happy with my purchase and I am very happy with optics planet I have purchased numerous parts for differnt builds from them and haven’t had any issues so far

Product advertised everywhere as 0.2oz; comes in at twice that on a precision scale. This is about half as much as a standard forward assist. No need to falsely report weights, SI. Just give us the truth.
