Started hunting coyotes and needed a lighter rail for my AR. Works perfect. Low profile and my suppressor (mystic x) still fits under it. Great addition if you're looking for light weight and low profile

I love this handguard. I built a 16" 300 BLK upper with a barrel that was a little on the heavy side. I wanted a lightweight handguard to make up for the barrel. Again, this handguard was the perfect fit. I only gave it three stars because the threads on the barrel nut for three of six set screws were not threaded. I had a tap and die set handy and was able to thread the holes. I sent an email to Guntec several weeks ago, but have not heard back. That was a bummer. In the end everything turned out good.

Ordered this for my second pistol build,I liked the open skeletonized design so that I can see my ceracoated barrel,well made and solid. I would purchase again and reccomend to anyone building a pistol
