Looks and feels good, very light weight, easy to install. You only have to torque the barrel nut and the two hex screws to 40 foot pounds. I don’t have a single thing to complain about it, I will buy more from Midwest Industries.

i'm nore than pleased with the 15" handguard i replaced myolder version with. Reduced weight by more than 1/2 as this comes in just shy of 10oz with barrel nut and screws. Awesome product and vey happy with my build. great for small hands but works with larger and plenty of room for accessories including grip pads. Not necessarily a con but price was a concern, yet worth every peny i paid once i received it. Shout out to Optics planet too for the assist on discount code!by the way, i was goig after the carbon fibre unit but this still weighted less based on my research and has more functionality.

Reputable company, they make great handguards. Only thing lighter than this are carbon fiber. Lightweight, durable and dependable. This is my 9th Midwest industries handguard,first crl handguard and it will not be my last.

Ordered this to replace a Troy 13" alpha rail that was a bit heavy and bulky. The Midway is a nice upgrade. Easy install. Solid mount. Seems to hold zero on the offset red dot. It's very tight around the barrel. The superlative arms adj. gas block prevents mounting any m-lok accessories on the bottom side of the rail where the gas block sits, becuase there is very little space between gas block and rail for clip and screw to poke through. Other than that, a solid win by Midway.
